When the Doctor arrives in Australia in the year 2030 AD, he is attacked by a group of soldiers out to overthrow a would-be dictator named Salamander. When Giles Kent realizes that the Doctor is not Salamander, Kent tries to recruit him to help in the overthrow of the power-hungry scientist, who surprisingly looks exactly like the Doctor.
