Time Out Magazine, 3rd Doctor

The London listings magazine, Time Out, has featured a special Doctor Who edition.

This magazine issue features one of ten different covers, one for each of the first ten Doctors. The magazine explores the love affair between the Doctor and London, there is an interview with outgoing executive producer Russell T Davies, and a preview of the new Doctor, Matt Smith.
